I turning 30 this year and my father is entering his mid seventies. In my opinion, if one has never been to a Disney park in Anaheim, California, the Magic Kingdom is the place to go. But California Adventure makes a wonderful day for those who have been to Disneyland, or have more than one day to spend in the parks. This park adds a bit of variety to your Disney experience.

Also, just in general, you can just move easily. The new place has to have a job in your industry that will hire you as well as affordable housing, and it costs thousands to move, and then you have to either break your lease or sell your current home. Dropping everything and "just moving" is damned hard..
